By using this website and placing an order with Bichitra Canvas Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to purchase — it is confirmed once we verify availability and contact you. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

Prices are listed where available; some hand-painted and customized pieces are quoted individually via WhatsApp, Messenger or phone. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk) and may change without prior notice.

Product Variation

As every item is hand-painted, minor variations in colour, pattern placement and shading between the photographed sample and the delivered item are expected and are not considered defects.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and manual mobile/bank payments as described at checkout. Online gateway payment is not yet available.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography and content on this website are the property of Bichitra Canvas Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.
