Return & Refund Policy

Because every Bichitra Canvas piece is individually hand-painted and often made to order, we handle returns differently from mass-produced clothing. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Eligible for Return / Exchange

You received the wrong product or size.
The item arrives with a genuine manufacturing or painting defect.
The item is damaged during delivery.

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing photos/video if possible, by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.

Not Eligible for Return

Change of mind after a custom or made-to-order piece has been painted.
Items personalised to your specifications (e.g. custom name pens).
Normal colour/shade variation inherent to hand-painted work.
Items without their original tags/packaging, or that have been worn/washed.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (for bKash/Nagad/bank payments) or as store credit, within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bKash/Nagad transfer after pickup confirmation.
